Their agent had sold 3 of the properties, but they were struggling to find a buyer for the corner plot, which featured rooms with unique angles and shapes. They asked for The Staging Experts’ help to show the home’s full potential.
After an initial phone consultation, we had a walk-through via video call to finalise the details and provide an accurate quotation for a full-house stage.
The mood boards we supplied were designed to reflect the property’s contemporary style and luxurious finish. With the developer’s approval, we then arranged a date for installation.
We transformed the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen-diner, living room and office space of this three-storey mews house, so that buyers could see its potential for comfortable, modern living in one of Manchester’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
The corner plot sold in less than eight weeks.
